Theresa May was qite rightly approached by Porter QC in his letter to give guidance to the Police Forces so that a unified approach to "Helmet Video Evidence" could be adopted . Why should she bother to reply to a member of the public ? Lawyers and Cyclists must be far down on her list of priorities since she has full Jails and a crime wave with which to contend !
This video has been on the TV and featured in Roads.cc posts and brought about an amazing response , the miscreant actually wrote into the comments of roads.cc claiming he was provoked AND the interviewing Police actually believed his account of his actions .
Could you or anyone convince PC Plod that "Black was White" ? WEll this is the result of that interview but then "miscreant" writes into roads.cc asking the public to believe his version of his imagination , not on from this point of view !
Seems like some lead a charmed life . Wonder what his friends , if he still has any , think of his behaviour and the waving of a "red rag" at us the cycling public . PC Plod will no doubt feel agrieved that his judgement has been questioned and that the "miscreant" is laughing about his misplaced generosity !
